Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our agency is committed to delivering the best design and marketing services to our customers. To ensure clarity, we have established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.

• If the discussed project has not yet started and the buyer wishes to cancel within 5 days of payment, we will issue a full refund of the amount received.
• As Sonu Graphics staff spend time achieving every milestone and completing every design work, Money is not refunded for work already Initiated.
• If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain control of all design files provided. Any further payments for design and marketing services will be canceled, and no previous payments or advances will be refunded.
• No payment will be refunded. once the client approves the proposal and we move into the project’s development phase.
• Partial refunds are not paid during the milestone phases of a project.
• Digital marketing packages are non-refundable however, the client may cancel with a written notice provided 30 days in advance.
• We do not provide refunds for deposits or payments on projects that are abandoned or inactive for more than 25 days.
• A project is not void unless the agreement for clearly decided.
• The refund policy does not apply if the required information for completing the project is not provided in a timely manner. Any delays or failures in project completion due to inadequate communication from the client cannot be attributed to Sonu Graphics.
• If the client provides incomplete information or fails to provide all necessary details at the start of the project, Sonu Graphics is not responsible for meeting delivery or refund commitments.
• No compensation will be provided for delivery delays under any circumstances unless there is a signed agreement that includes a penalty clause for delays.

Sonu Graphics at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s)

• If a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
• If we believe a customer has engaged in illegal or improper transactions according to RBI policy.
• If we are unable to obtain complete details and descriptions from the customer.
